The Bellman unit is capable of brewing espresso that is more intense than most stovetop moka pots, and it's topped with a perfect crema. The machine caters to both traditional espresso lovers and milk-based enthusiasts, allowing you to brew between 3-9 coffees.

An attached pressure gauge allows you to know the exact pressure, enabling you to extract a well-balanced shot. The Bellman CX25P features a powerful two-hole steam wand that produces silky, micro-foam milk to pair with your espresso, letting you create barista-quality latte art.

Preparing the CX25P is a breeze. Simply add water to the unit to reach the desired 3, 6, or 9 shot level, using boiling water to speed up the heating process. Fill the basket with ground coffee, using the basket reducer if required, and place the unit on medium-high heat, ensuring the heat source is not larger than the base diameter.

To brew espresso shots, let the pressure gauge reach the start of the green zone, then open the coffee valve to pour the espresso. Maintain the pressure at the start of the green zone by adjusting the heat or removing the unit if needed. If the espresso sputters, reduce the pressure and keep it in the green zone. Close the coffee valve when the desired espresso volume is achieved.

For milk steaming, increase the heat to allow the pressure gauge to reach the start of the yellow zone. Fill a milk jug with 1/3 to 1/2 full milk, place the tip of the steam wand just below the surface, and slowly open the steam valve until there is a strong flow of steam. Keep the tip of the wand near the side of the jug to create a vortex in the milk, lowering the jug as the milk froths to keep the tip just below the surface.

The Bellman CX25P is a durable, lightweight, and portable unit, with an 18/8 stainless steel construction that makes it campsite-ready for travel. It's compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, open-fire stove, and induction (must support non-magnetic 304-grade stainless steel) cooktops, allowing you to use it anywhere.
